Salary in Belarus

Government adopted the respective resolution on August 23.

The wages' growth is planned since September 1, PM Mikhail Myasnikovich said on Tuesday.

"Equal competition between Russian and Belarusian enterprises” will lead to an increase in wages," reckons the Russian envoy in Minsk.

The first-rate base wage rate was increased from 262 to 275 thousand roubles on May 1.

Head of Minsk City Association of Trade Unions Mikalai Belanouski has reported it.

The minimum wage will make up Br 1 mln 660 thousand since the New Year.
