The People’s Referendum will announce its single candidate at the beginning of spring, one of its leaders said.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has approved the date preliminarily, the CEC chairperson said.
The presidential election will be held by November 15, 2015.
The negotiations will start only if Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitski who signed Minsk agreements in September 2014 attend them.
The West could leave visa sanctions in place but also provide new loans.
They are caused by recent anti-Belarusian statements in Russia.
The decision to appoint a new PM and head of the National Bank may be approved today.
Next Minsk meeting could be held in Ukraine on January 16.
