Belarus' boxing champion compares Yakutsk to 'in the middle of nowhere'
Dzmitry Asanau, 18, came to the junior world boxing championship in the Russian remote city of Yakutsk. He is a junior European champion.
The Belarusian sportsman could not participate in the championship due to the competition rules, news.ykt.ru reports. Asanov posted a photo from his window in Instagram a day later. He photographed wooden houses and added an impolite remark to the picture.
Yakutsk inhabitants criticised the sportsman’s message a lot and Asanov decided to delete it. The boxer refused to comment on it.
