Russian Air Force Commander Victor Bondarev says an air base will be deployed in the Belarusian city of Babruisk in 2016.

Servicemen of 38 special operations forces brigade took part in tactical exercises in Russia.

Some 20 soldiers from the Guards Mobile Forces brigade No 38 have left for Russia to participate in military drills.

News came from Colonel-General Viktor Bondarev, Chief of Russian Air Force, on August 11.
