EU may reconsider Russia sanctions on September 30
The Foreign Affairs Council will have to present a report about the way the Ukrainian conflict is being settled by the time.
A source in the EU structures has told it to Kommersant. The decision about new sanctions will be made by EU permanent representatives in Brussels on September 30.
One of the possible variants is a gradual removal of the sanctions. However, even if the conflict in Donets Basin is settled, the sanctions imposed in connection with the annexation for Crimea will remain, RBK notes.
