Minsk negotiations continue, OSCE representative joins
The meeting of the French, German, Ukrainian, and Russian leaders dedicated to the situation in Donets Basin is being held in Minsk.
A meeting of ‘the Norman Four’ is being held in Minsk Independence Palace on February 11-12. It is dedicated to the situation in Donets Basin. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President François Hollande, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin are taking part in the negotiations.
Merkel, Hollande, Poroshenko and Putin have continued negotiations after a break. OSCE special representative Heidi Tagliavini has joined them. She has been taking part in the meeting of the contact group. By the way, the leaders of the self-declared ‘DPR’ and ‘LPR’ have refused to sign the document prepared by ‘the Norman Four’, some sources report.
