Poroshenko leaves negotiations to talk to Ukraine’s General Staff
The President stood up and headed for the second floor 30 minutes after the meeting had begun. He came back 15 minutes later.
Petro Poroshenko left the hall in the Independence Palace in Minsk for a while. Negotiations of the Norman Four are being held there. The Ukrainian President stood up and headed for the second floor 30 minutes after the meeting had begun. Poroshenko came back with his security guards 15 minutes later. He went to talk to Ukraine’s General Staff, Ukrainian Gromadske TV reports on Twitter.
French President François Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia have met in Minsk. Foreign Ministers of ‘the Norman Four’ joined the negotiations two hours later.
