Moscow and Minsk to discuss oil shipments in 2-3 weeks
Russia's PM Arkadiy Dvorkovich has said this.
According to Dvorkovich,
the oil shipment issue was not raised on Tuesday during his visit to Belarus,
they only discussed industrial cooperation. However, they will get back to the
discussion of the balance of shipment of oil and oil products to Belarus in
2013 in the end of February - beginning of March.
RIA Novosti reminds that previously, Russia and Belarus
coordinated the scope of shipments of Russian oil in the first quarter of the
year 2013 at the level of 5,75 million tons, but the negotiations on the annual
scope are still in progress. Belarus insisted on getting 23 million tons from
Russia while Russia suggested to sign the balance of 21 million tons. In 2012,
the scope of oil shipped to our country made about 21,5 million tons.
