New criminal case started against Julia Tymoshenko
She is accused of transferrring doubts of the United Energy Systems of Ukraine, abbreviated to UESU, to Ukraine's state budget.
The investigation claims that Tymoshenko transferred UESU's doubts before Russia's Ministry of Defense - 405 million 500 thousand USD - to the state budget, reports interfax.by.
In the investigators' opinion, Tymoshenko attempted at wasteful spending of Ukraine's state budget finance in especially big scope in conspiracy with former Prime Minister Pavel Lazarenko.
