Another blast has occurred in Odessa (Ukraine) on the evening of February 10. Some blasting assembly exploded in Kobelevskaya Street. A hostel and the offices of the Central Bar are situated in that street. Nobody has been injured, the police said.
The Ukrainian Security Service and the police neutralized an interregional criminal grouping that supplied arms and bombs for terrorist acts in Odessa to diversionists not long ago, UNIAN reports.
