Aryna Sabalenka to become top-rated Belarus tennis player

Aryna Sabalenka, 19, will become the top-rated Belarusian tennis player. She will leave Aliaksandra Sasnovich behind for the first time on Monday, October 16. Sabalenka made it to the ¼ final of China Open. She is the World No.96 now while Sasnovich is in the 100th position, Pressball reports.

Aryna Sabalenka will compete with Chinese Zhu Lin (World No. 113) in the quarterfinals. The Chinese player defeated Czech Petra Kvitová at the begging of the tournament.
