Belarusian people’s poet Nil Hilevich to be buried today
Belarusian people’s poet Nil Hilevich will be buried near his wife’s grave in Minsk on Friday, April 1.
The parting ceremony will start at Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral at 11 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. The funeral servie will start at 1 p.m.
Nil Hilevich died at the age of 85 in Minsk on March 29. He was the last living people’s poet.
