Chrome add-on YouTurn – source of Facebook virus
Representatives of the social network have announced it.
The Chrome add-on YouTurn was a source of a virus in the Cyrillic segment of Facebook, RBK refers to Facebook representatives.
The add-on and malicious links have been removed from Facebook, the social network representatives said.
The social network has been attacked by unknown spammers today, Euroradio reported. Information about a private video appeared on peoples’ pages. A virus was downloaded when users clicked the link. The virus is a Trojan.
