DPR representative: Too early to speak about ceasefire
Battles are not going to stop tomorrow.
It is too early to speak about ceasefire in East Ukraine, representative of the self-declared DPR Denis Pushylin said. The Donets Basin contact group met in Minsk yesterday. The result of the meeting will affect the possibility of the meeting of ‘the Norman Four’ (Ukraine, Russia, Germany, France) in Minsk.
It is necessary to discuss a few principal positions before the summit of ‘the Norman Four’ and the contact group is supposed to discuss the topics that will be on the agenda.
Representatives of the DPR and LPR presented their project of the settlement of the conflict in Donets Basin yesterday. The response to the document should be given after a break in the negotiations today.
However, ‘it is too early to say that the fire will be ceased tomorrow’, RIA Novosti quotes the leader of separatists.
