MP Hanna Kanapatskaya has come to the House of Representatives on crutches. Euroradio reporter Zmitser Lukashuk has photographed the MP. She simply could not miss the discussion of decree #7 (on business development), the UCP member explained.
By the way, the MP also had to walk on crutches in February as she had slipped on ice when leaving her house.
