Lawyers to give lectures in Minsk pre-trial detention center #1
The lawyers are preparing a course of lectures on basic legal issues which interest the prisoners.
According to BELTA, this is the initiative of the lawyers. They wants to explain to the people who found themselves in a complicated legal situation their basic rights and obligations, as well as the possibilities of defence. The lawyers' speeches will be broadcasted by the radio station of the inmate discipline unit. This means, all prisoners of the pre-trial detention center will be able to hear them.
The first lectures will be dedicated to the criminal and procedural legislation: the order of making an appeal and learning the protocol.
