Lukashenka flies to Sochi to meet with Putin

In its 9pm newscast, the Belarus-1 announced the forthcoming visit of Alyaksandr Lukashenka to Sochi. The reference was made to the presidential press service.

In Sochi, the head of the country is going to check upon the facilities linked with Belarus.

"He will check how the plans for the development of the Belarusian sports and tourism base are implemented. Also, the head of the country is going to hold a series of meetings. In particular, there is scheduled a meeting of Alyaksandr Lukashenka with Russian President Vladimir Putin."

In the light of Lukashenka's statements during his press conference to Belarusian and foreign media, which he did not take the position of Russia in Donbass conflict, meeting with Putin promises to be at least an interesting event.
