‘Blank paper action’ participants detained in Brest

At least four participants of ‘the blank paper action’ were detained on May 1 in Brest. The action was held near the cinema house Belarus. It was organized by the regional initiative Our People, Radio Liberty reports.
Inga Abramova and three people whose names are unknown at the moment were detained. The activists did not shout out any mottoes. They were simply holding blank paper sheets.
One of the action initiators Alyaksandr Kabanau and blogger and journalist Zmitser Harbunou were detained in Brest before the action.
A similar action was also held in Baranavichy – one person was detained for holding a sheet of blank paper there.
