Russian President Vladimir Putin has broken a pencil during the ‘Norman’ negotiations in Minsk. He had an intact green pencil in his hands and then journalists noted that he had broken it, UNIAN reports. The negotiations are very tense, reporters say.
A similar incent occurred to Ukrainian ex-President Victor Yanukovich during his first press conference after resignation. The runaway politician broke a pencil when apologizing to Ukrainians.
