Additional payments to be granted to students since November 1
They will make 65% of scolarship.
The state leader signed a corresponding decree No. 460, informs BELTA. Monthly payments will not be added only to presidential scolarships.
Apart from students, monthly payments will be given to post-graduates and doctoral candidates - 30% of their scolarships.
The decree comes into force on November 1, 2011.
