EU presidency goes to Poland
Functions of the European Union's president will be transferred from Hungary to Poland on Friday.
Poland will perform this function for the first time since it joined the block seven years ago. The presidency will be passed officially at the meeting between Polish and Hungarian PMs Donald Tusk and Victor Orban.
