Lukashenka: Belarus has no enemies, our doctrine is defensive
The state leader has listened to a report about the future Russia-Belarus manoeuvres "West-2013".
The manoeuvres will be organized in our country.
"Commenting on the rumours about the manoeuvres being "a threat from the East', I'd like to note that we are not going to threaten anyone," BelaPAN quotes Alyaksandr Lukashenka. "We do not consider any state to be our enemy. Our doctrine is defensive which is indicated in the law."
