Nadzeya Yermakova: We'll be able to pay all debts. 18,9 billion dollars?
The National Bank's Head is sure of Belarus' timely fulfillment of the obligations for payment of external debts.
Yermakova has stated that "even
taking into consideration the necessity to pay the debts", the National
Bank hopes that this year's international reserves will remain at the level of
January 1, 2012, or will even increase a bit. According to her, there are no
delays in payment of external debts, banks and enterprises fulfill their
obligations successfully, informs BELTA.
Let us remind you, the National Bank published shocking numbers of Belarus'
debts: we need to pay 18,9 billion dollars this year! This makes 34,6% of the
country's GDP. The state is going to pay 1,78 billion, the rest of the sum will
be paid by enterprises and banks.
