Regional “Dazhynki” cancelled in Vitsebsk Province
The Regional Executive Committee has decided that there is not enough money to organize the festival.
Vitsebsk authorities have assessed the regional budget and have understood that the province cannot afford “Dazhynki” this year. That is why the festival in Lyozna will be a district holiday. The large-scale concert and festivities have been cancelled.
