Andrei Sannikau’s wife Iryna Halip has informed BelaPAN that the lawyer has visited the political prisoner today. Sannikau has not mentioned anything of the kind. That is why she is hoping that her long-term meeting with her husband (September 7-9) will not be cancelled.
 
Nobody has suggested that Mikalai Statkevich should plea for mercy either. His wife Maryna Adamovich has informed about it.
