Yuras Belenki: Actions in Valadarski Street may do damage to Kavalenka
The deputy head of the Christian Conservative Party BPF has commented on Syarhei Kavalenka’s situation for Euroradio.
Let us remind you that the CCP BPF activist sentenced to 25 months in a colony is in prison hospital in Valadarski Street now. He has been on hunger-strike with little breaks since December. He demands a house arrest. Syarhei Kavalenka has urged his adherents to conduct actions with white-red-white flags in Valadarski Street.
Yuras Belenki says that such actions “will hinder the decision about his release”. According to him “the party will do everything to release Kavalenka by other means”.
