Transport collapse in eastern Minsk (photo)
It has been caused by problems with electricity.
Traffic lights stopped working and trolleybuses and trams stopped in the microdstricts Ushod, Uruchcha and Zyalony Luh in the morning, Twitter users report. The photo above shows a trolleybus blocking traffic near Lahoiski Tract.
