Vice PM Syamashka: Industry to come out of recession by end of 2016
The Belarusian industry may come out of recession by the end of 2016, Belarusian vice PM Uladzimir Syamashka said at the meeting of the Belarusian Industrial Forum, BELTA reports.
"Belarus is a country with an open economy and it depends on external factors. There are also subjective factors including enterprises’ faults,” Uladzimir Syamashka stated.
The industry’s development had been good for a long time, the official noted. However, the indexes worsened in the past three years. They are going up by 1.5% a month this year, the vice PM said.
External factors and enterprises’ faults are to blame for the recession, BELTA reports.
