Yarmoshyna: 93 contenders not registered

The Central Election Commission has counted registered parliamentary candidates. 521 candidates have been registered, 93 contenders have been refused registration and 16 people have withdrawn, CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna told BELTA.

The number of parliamentary candidates has incarsed by 130 people in comparison with 2012, Yarmoshyna noted.

Registered candidates have the right to start agitation campaigns.

The parliamentary election is appointed for September 11.
