11th-former from local school #2 Maksim Shkredau has become the person of the year.
A 17-year-old pupil has become the person of the year in Chavusy. The local Executive Committee has appreciated Maksim Shkredau’s victory at the Republican Belarusian language contest. The victory is equivalent to getting 100 points at the centralized entrance test, Mahilyou broadcasting company reports.
Maksim will not have to take the entrance test now.
The fact that a pupil has become the person of the year will be a good incentive for schoolchildren, officials think.
