26-year-old woman ran over by car in Minsk at night
The incident occurred in Plosca Svabody at 1120 on Wednesday. The young woman died.
She probably ran onto the road near a crossroads all of a sudden, tut.by reports. The young woman was run down by a Volvo 260 driven by a 24-year-old man. She was taken to hospital with numerous injuries and died at 7 a.m. on September 12.
criminal investigation is underway under the article in the Penal Code that deals with "violation of the road rules that resulted in death."
