80 Belarusians still in Syria
Belarusian foreign ministry 80 Belarus nationals remain in Syria.
It has been impossible to contact some of Belarusians for several months, BELTA reports.
Russian rescuers have recently transported five Belarusian citizens and a Syrian having a Belarusian residence permit to Moscow. Representatives of the Belarusian Embassy met them, helped them buy train tickets and took them to a railway station. All the evacuated citizens have already arrived in Belarus.
Belarus recommends all our citizens to leave Syria as soon as possible in connection with the situation in the country. They can ask for help at the Belarusian Embassy to Syria (+ 963 11 6118097; + 963 944 221004) or at the office of the Belarusian honorary consul in Beirut (+961 4 542777).
