Airbus A320 crash: 16 German schoolchildren were on board
They visited Barcelona with their teachers as part of an exchange programme.
16 German schoolchildren were returning home on the Airbus A320 that crashed in the French Alps on March 24. They visited Barcelona together with 4 teachers and spent nine days ether. They lived at local students’ and at teachers’, RIA Novosti reports.
There were 150 people (144 passengers and 6 crew members) on board the Airbus A320. Most of the victims were Germans and over 40 people were Spaniards. The reason for the crash is unknown at the moment. Most likely, there are no survivors.
