It is a political emigrant Uladzimir Malashchanka.
Belarusians in Prague have identified the man who protested in Prague against the United States with a white-red-white flag.
As Euroradio reported earlier, several protests against US troops returning from exercises in the Baltic States took place in the Czech Republic. One of the videos shows a man holding a plate saying "United States - terrorist", as well as the Belarusian national flag (white-red-white). Several men came up to him and took the plate from him. They snatched the flag and threw it on the ground.
According to the Belarusians living in Prague, the protester is Uladzimir Malashchanka. He and his wife Nina Aksyonchyk have attracted negative views of a large number of immigrants. In addition, Nina Aksyonchyk is known in social networks for her anti-Semitic views.
