Belarusian skier from Olympic team to perform for Ukraine
Belarusian skier Valiantsina Kaminskaya will perform for Ukraine after the Belarusian Cross-Country Skiing Federation allowed her transfer without a quarantine, reports Pressball.
Kaminskaya is the only Belarus-born female skier who was part of the Team Belarus at the 2018 Winter Olympics. She was born in Mahilou.
Apart from Kaminskaya, Belarus female skiing team included Yulia Tsikhanava, Palina Seranosava and Anastasia Kirylava - all born and trained in Russia.
In South Korea, Kaminskaya finished 47th in sprint, 70th in the 10km race and 45th in the 30km race.
