Belarusians spent $250 million in Poland in 3 months
The information for third quarter of 2013 has been presented by the Polish State Statistics Committee.
It is 5% more than in the same period last year. Only Ukrainians spent more than Belarusians in Poland – $430 million.
However, a Belarusian usually spends more than a Ukrainian in Poland – $250 and $220 dollars per person respectively. On the other hand, each Russian who visited Poland spent only $110 per person there.
The Polish State Statistics Committee assesses the expenses of foreigners in Poland judging by the anonymous questionnaires they are asked to fill in at the Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian borders.
