Capsule with silver and diamonds laid in Vitsebsk centre (photo)
A 25-gramme sterling silver coin with diamond inlays has been laid in the foundation of a new building in the centre of Vitsebsk.
The director’s office of Belgazprombank will be situated there, BELTA reports.
By the way, it is impossible to steal the capsule: it is covered with concrete and a foundation slab that cannot be moved. The building will be finished in summer 2015.
