Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga

Civil Society Forum was held in Riga on the eve of the Eastern Partnership summit.
On Thursday, the Eastern Partnership summit opened in the Latvian capital. Belarus was represented by the Foreign Minister.
The appeal is addressed to all the Eastern Partnership member states.
The reason for it is the phrase about ‘the illegal annexation’ of Crimea. Armenia has also refused to sign the document.
Belarusian Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei will represent Belarus there.
But first, there have to be positive signals from Belarus itself.
