Egypt airplane crash: Bodies brought to Saint Petersburg
144 bodies of the A321 crash victims were brought to Saint Petersburg, Russia, from Egypt on November 2. The first plane landed in Pulkovo Airport, the second one is expected to arrive in the evening. Relatives are going to identify the bodies within the next few hours, BBC reports.
The Airbus-A321 heading form Sharm El-Sheikh to Saint Petersburg crashed in the north of the Sinai Peninsula on the morning of October 31. There were 224 people on board. Belarusian Raman Seradzinko born in Klichau (he had been working in Russia for 10 years) and a family of Belarusian origin (59-year-old Alyaksandr Radlevich born in Hulevichy, Kalinkavichy District, and his 56-year-old wife Ala Radlevich (Lazarava) also born in Belarus) were among the victims.
It is still not clear what caused the crash. No versions including a terrorist act can be excluded, specialists say.
