Belarus, Poland's central bank heads meet in Warsaw
Head of the National Bank of Belarus Pavel Kalaur and head of the National Bank of Poland Marek Belka met in Warsaw on April 28. They discussed the current issues of expanding the cooperation between the central banks.
The two sides exchanged information about the results of the social and economic development in the first quarter of 2016 and the peculiarities of the two states’ banking systems and monetary and credit policies, the National Bank’s press service reports.
The possibility of attracting the international technical assistance of the EU programmes to Belarus was discussed during the meeting.
