Lenin monument shot point-blank near Chernihiv, Ukraine

According to ВВС, unknown people damaged Lenin monument with fire arms. District Council Deputy Ivan Sokil has reported this to the public prosecutor's office.



The investigators are clarifying the circumstances of the incident, trying to find the guilty.
