Lukashenka: Belarus pevents illegal migrants from flowing into EU

Belarus is an island of safety on the Eurasian continent, Alyaksandr Lukashenka said on January 22 when giving consent to approve the program of protectomg the Belarusian State Border .
"We are bearing great expenses to prevent various migrants, bandits, frauds and criminal organizations from entering Europe and going back to the east. This is an important international function," BELTA quotes the head of state as saying.
Europeans and Russians might as well more actively assist with funding to the Belarusian state “to support our fight aganst infringers of all kinds," Lukashenka noted.
