Lukashenka calls for peace and good-neighborliness in Christmas greeting
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has pronounced his Christmas message to Belarusians celebrating Christmas on December 25.
Christianity has formed the moral and spiritual values of many generations of our ancestors, the Belarusian President said. This religion supports the best ideas of humanism, justice and mercy, he added.
Lukashenka urged to strengthen the real values and traditions in the society and promote peace and neighbourly relations, BELTA reports.
"Let your houses be cosy and rich, let you have love and respect in your families and let your souls be full of light and auspiciousness,” the President said in the greeting.
