Mobile operators "rat out" their abonents who were at Square
The law-enforcement agencies requested access to the mobile numbers of people who were registered in the mobile operators' networks in the demonstration zone.
The potential arrestees are chosen upon the banal scheme - if an owner of the mobile number has ever been mentioned in any "political" case, even as a witness, he automatically gets into the "black list". This includes the KGB archives.
Apart from that, the KGB representatives have already come round the enterprises in Minsk which are controlled by the state and demanded the personnel departments should provide them the lists of employees who failed to appear at work on Monday due to any reasons, informs UDF.BY
