Photo fact: Security guards hide fire from journalists behind... wallpaper

Security guards with batons attacked journalists who were filming the fire at the wallpaper factory Foks. 16 fire-engines were extinguishing the fire. Nobody was injured.

Local journalists were making videos of the incident from behind the railing, BAJ press service reports. The factory guards attacked them, BelaPAN reporter Alena Hermanovich said. They started hiding the fire from the reporters with the help of wallpaper (see the photo above) and were throwing sticks at them. They explained their actions by the fact that it was private property and asked the journalists to leave. Nevertheless, the reporters made photos and videos of the incident.
