Belarus and Russia start consultations on credit issues
They will be held with participation of representatives of both countries' Ministries of Finance and National Banks.
Belarus and Russia start consultations on the issues of credit-financial cooperation today, BelaPAN informs.
As it was informed before, agreement to conduct such consultations was made on April 11 during bilateral negotiations between Belarus and Russia in Moscow. The parties decided on the plan of events, which can be realised in the framework of Belarus' economic policy for medium perspective.
Let us remind you, the Belarusian authorities passed the Russian Ministry of Finance a draft prgram of measures for stabilization of the macro-economic situation in the end of March. Existence of such program is the obligatory condition for provision of 1 billion dollars credit by Russia and 2 billion dollars credit by the Eurasian Economic Community's anti-crisis foundation.
Russia does not announce the possible terms for competion of the credit provision procedures.
