Belarus public debt almost doubled in 8 months
The public debt totals 75 trillion 341 billion rubles as of September 1.
It has increased by almost 97% in eight months. The information has been published by the National Statistical Committee.
According to BelaPAN, the debt of the central government makes up 61 trillion 457 billions which means that it doubled in January-August.
