"Belaruskaliy" control stake may be sold for 15 billion dollars
The possible buyer is the company "Oil Moscow" which belongs to a Russian businessman Suleyman Kerimov.
According to "Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus", the Russian company intends to buy 50% + 1 share of "Belaruskaliy". "Belaruskaliy" on the whole has been evaluated for 30 billion dollars.
Let us remind you, billionaire Kerimov has been negotiating about purhasing "Belaruskaliy" since the middle of the year 2010. According to the information provided by the Russian media, the Russian oligarch suggested 7,5 billion dollars for 51% then. The Belarusian enterprise is in the top 3 of the biggest potassium manufacturers in the world.
