Case of 6 "mass disturbances" participants transferred to Minsk city court
Minsk public prosecutor's office passed another "mass disturbances" criminal case to Minsk city court to define territorial jurisdiction.
Persons named in the case are D.Daronin, S.Kazakou, U.Loban, V.Matsukevich, Y.Sakret, A.Fedarkevich. All of them are accused under Part 2 Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Chief assistant of Minsk public prosecutor Siarhej Balashou has informed to BELTA.
