Chris Smith appeals to International Criminal Court against Lukashenka
Chairman of the U.S. Helsinki Commission, Congressman Christopher Smith has made such statement on December 19 in Washington.
According to the information provided by Radio Liberty, the politician gave a press-conference dedicated to the anniversary of the presidential election in Belarus. He called the U.S. sanctions against the Belarusian regime effective.
Also, Congressman Smith urged that the EU should also increase the sanctions against the official Minsk.
